Privacy & terms

BIOTY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (“we”, “us”) collects the information you enter in our enquiry forms — your name, company, business email, telephone number, country, product interest and requirements — for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, quote your order and handle the resulting contract.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Your details are shared only with the logistics, testing or certification partners needed to deliver an order you have placed, and only to the extent the order requires.

Enquiries, quotes and orders are working business records. We keep them for as long as the commercial relationship and applicable tax and export-record law require, then delete them.

To have your enquiry data corrected or deleted, email us and we will confirm in writing.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you have the right to access, correct, port or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to oppose processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Terms

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices exclude freight, insurance and any duties unless the quotation says otherwise. Lead times run from receipt of a confirmed purchase order and, where applicable, approved artwork.

Specifications are given to the tolerances and test conditions stated in the datasheet for the specific model. Certification scope varies by model and capacity; the applicable report is named in the document pack. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance — it is an invitation to treat.

Trade terms are as stated on the invoice or proforma, using the Incoterms® 2020 definitions. The law of the People's Republic of China governs, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your own jurisdiction.
